Challenge #8 - "It's a Wrap"

February has been and gone already, for me it's been very eventful month and in some ways  it's been life changing.
I've found a new hobby which I'm rapidly falling in love with and my husband passed his driving test and we've bought our first car!!
[Mundane and so what??? for some but for us, this is huge, lol]
Look out world here we come!!

Thank you so much to all our friends who took part in our last challenge "I'm in Stitches" and before the next challenge is introduced it's my pleasure to announce the winner.

As usual I'm letting Mr. Random.org take all the credit [or blame] for selecting the winner.

Number 10, that's Pauline, many congrats hun, please contact me with your snail mail and your prize will be on its way to you.

Here's Pauline's winning creation

Just beautiful, I'm sure you'd agree

Now for Challenge #8 - "Its a Wrap"

It's a Wrap - sounds like something you might hear on a Hollywood film set doesn't it but not this time ... this is a challenge which is inspired by packaging!!!!!

Marketing companies worldwide are paid a small fortune to come up with striking and alluring packaging to make us part with our hard earned cash.
Colour schemes and eye catching logos aren't just thrown together so . . . I would like to challenge folk to take their favourite product colour scheme and use it to make a card, a scrapbook page, a bag or box or indeed anything which also features a bear of course!

I had this idea last summer whilst shopping at the Lowry Outlet Mall in Salford Quays and drinking a large cappuccino from Millie's Cookies.  I was struck by how well the colours complimented each other on their cups and wrappings.

You see what I mean?
Why work hard to colour scheme while others have done all the hard work for you, lol !!!

The prize this month is a selection of Fizzy Moon goodies including an acrylic clear stamp so well worth having a go at entering.

Here's what the ultra-talented DT came up with . . .

Anne-Marie took her inspiration from Diet Pepsi

Clare was inspired by Coca Cola packaging

Vicky was inspired by Homepride . . . very nostalgic memories for me here!!!

Sally's inspiration was her cereal box.

Daniele

Daniele was inspired by her Grandson's juice bottle

and
Me, Julie Ann

My inspiration was my favourite perfume, Pretty by Elizabeth Arden

Please let us know in your blog post what you used as your inspiration for your entry.  You don't necessarily need to post a picture or photo but if you do it would help enormously but this is not a 'deal breaker'.  Remember your entry must still feature a bear though.
We're really looking forward to seeing your work. . .  have fun!!!

Oh and please come back here on Saturday when the new DT members will be announced

Warmest wishes, Julie Ann x
