Oh my goodness, September 1st, the official start of autumn!
Here in the UK . . . we decided to miss out summer all together and went straight from a very extended spring into autumn, lol.
Astronomically speaking though autumn doesn't begin until September 22nd . . . so if the weather fairy really gets his skates on, he still has a chance to make amends.
I say he because the weather has been such a disaster this year that there has to be a major man involvement somewhere [oops, a little controversy there, lol !!!]
I happen to love autumn however so I'm quite happy really . . . it's a magnificent season of dramatic change especially as where I live there are a lot of wooded areas and tree-lined streets providing a colour spectacular every day.
I hope that you have had a wonderful summer wherever you call home.
On a sad note, our little challenge has said goodbye to 3 very valued members of the DT recently, each for very different and personal reasons.
I wanted to thank them for all that they have contributed to the challenge during their time with us, so Caroline, Gemma and Clare "Littlebear" . . . we at RTG wish you all the very best for your future activities and you take our fondest hopes with you.

Before I tell you more about the new challenge # 14, it's time to announce the winners of our last challenge.
We had over a 100 entries for this challenge and to say that we have been excited by this is an understatement, thank you to all those who took part.
The challenge was the first to be eligible for both the random draw winner and very new Top Three Winner's spots.
So without further ado, our random winner was [chosen by Mr. Random.org]
with this delightful Christmas card [love James the Bear]
Congratulations Lilackat, you're our winner, please email me at apassion4paper@gmail.com with your snail mail details and we will arrange for you to receive your fabulous Indigo Blu prize from Mishelfo Creative Crafting.
It was sooooo difficult to choose just three, there were so many projects that I really liked.
Many congratulations ladies, you are our first Top Three Winners ever - please take the winner's blinkie from our sidebar and display it with pride on your blog.

We are against forced labour here at RTG so if you feel you can't take up the spot or don't want to that's no problem, lol !!!

Well, now onto our new challenge
"How Many Fingers?"
Needs some explanation??? Well, we had some laughs amongst the DT as to the nature of this theme. One of the DT [she knows who she is] thought it was something to do with Cadbury's Chocolate Fingers [yum, yum!!!] but sadly no!!! But if you do want to provide us with some choccy fingers, we wouldn't decline, would we DT???
I have been fondly reminiscing recently about some of my happiest memories of when my girls were small. Whenever they wanted to demonstrate number they showed the appropriate number of fingers, i.e. four fingers for four years of age.
Have you known any children who did the same? or were my children a bit strange?
Anyway we would like to see your cards for birthday or anniversary which have a number on them.
But please remember to be within the rules your card must have a bear or teddy as the main image too.
